Great Western Leasing & Sales (GWLS) is a dynamic trailer sale, leasing, and rental company in significant growth mode. The company is headquartered in Irvine, California and currently has operations in Fontana, CA; Albuquerque, NM; Phoenix, AZ; Grants Pass, OR; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Dearborn, MI; and Salt Lake City, UT. GWLS is seeking expansion into other sites in its current footprint, as well as into other cities across the country.

We are currently seeking a self motivated, team player, customer excellence focus Sales Representative to join our team

Location: Dallas, TX


  • Responsible for generating  lease and semi-trailer sales leads
  • Research prospects, initiate contacts (phone calls, letters, emails) and distribute contact information to prospective customers
  • Develop leads through phone solicitation, customer visits, and online marketing
  • Evaluate customer's needs and develop proposals through the use of product and industry knowledge
  • Grow market share by successfully handling critical customer transactions
  • Have a complete understanding of marketplace conditions in order to maximize utilization of the sales/lease fleet
  • Effectively handle customer concerns, questions, and needs through quality service and creative solutions
  • Pursue revenue growth through the maintenance and expansion of the existing customer base


  • Bachelor’s degree or five years of related experience
  • Minimum of 3 years sales/leasing experience or training
  • One year heavy duty trucking industry experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Creative problem solver who keeps the customer as top concern
  • High energy, driven, and ability to work in a team
